DHB Company Ltd was founded in August 2002 by Mrs. Divya Hematlal Balluck. The Firm has built a reputation for being efficient and cost effective in Mauritius for tax consultancy, management consultancy, accounting, bookkeeping, audit & assurance, payroll, corporate recovery, corporate finance, corporate compliance and other services. The firm is fully licensed and regulated in Mauritius by the Financial Services Commission, Financial Reporting Council and Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants.
Our clients come from a diverse range of industry verticals and include multinationals, listed companies, entrepreneurs, trading companies, retail companies, manufacturing companies, construction companies, leisure companies, bpo companies, trusts and high net worth individuals.
